Meditation & breathwork · Self-Inquiry · silence

I teach meditation, breathwork, and the direct path of Self-Inquiry — and I teach from experience, not theory. Years in silent retreat, monastery, and solitude, brought back to a room in Toronto.

I teach what I have actually lived.

For close to a decade I've followed one question inward — through ten-day silent courses, months inside Theravada monasteries, dark-room solitudes, an Amazonian plant-medicine apprenticeship, and a ninety-day silent retreat alone.

I share the teachings of the ascended masters — grounded in direct experience. Stillness, breath, Self-Inquiry: I can pass these on because I've lived them far enough to guide someone else safely, patiently, and without dogma.

How I teach

Allowance, not force.

My work is trauma-informed and led by the nervous system — never a formula. I hold a space safe enough that whatever needs to surface can surface on its own, in its own time. I don't push anyone past what their body is ready to meet.

Allowance over force

The flower opens in its own time.

Healing can't be rushed or willed. My role is to hold the conditions — safety, patience, presence — not to force the bloom.

Led by the nervous system

No cookie-cutter practice.

I meet each person where their body actually is, working with their physiology rather than against it, and inviting the parasympathetic state where real release becomes possible.

Breath as medicine

The breath does the work.

Through conscious, connected breath, the body reaches expanded states where held emotion and old imprints can finally be met and moved. I guide, and keep the space sacred.

The healer within

You already hold the answers.

I don't fix anyone. Breath, stillness, and Self-Inquiry are doorways back to your own knowing — and I help you carry it home through integration.

Presence

The practice, in the world.

One-on-one

A private sitting.

Two hours, just the two of us. We begin in conversation, then move into a deep silent meditation — the Naqshbandi transmission, a heart-to-heart passing of stillness within the Sufi lineage I practice. I take this work on selectively, and offer it by donation.

Part I · The conversation

We begin by talking.

There may be something you're struggling with. A question you can't quite answer. A change happening in your life. Or simply a sense that something is asking for your attention.

There is no agenda. We begin wherever you are.

Part II · The sitting

Then we become quiet.

We sit together in the Naqshbandi tradition, entering a deep meditation and the heart-to-heart transmission that is part of this lineage.

There is nothing you need to know beforehand. No meditation experience is necessary.

If you'd like to sit together, send me a note and tell me a little about what is bringing you here. I read and respond to each one personally.
